Many Brazilians hang out there, since there are many Brazilians in this part of Brussels. Indeed,'tis not an exuberant establishment, but I had a great time and even saw someone get a good ol' fashioned beat down (at which point the bouncer looked at me, as I was the only other customer in the place and said, in English "I have no problem with you...you are welcome to stay.") I was happy he said this, since I speak no Portuguese or French and wondered what the h*** had just happened. Stop in and ask for marcia. Tell her Jason from the USA said Hello. HA!
