Other than that, I’ve worked on a lot of online projects, apps and campaigns. Such commercial projects have over the years been seen by million(s?) of people.
However, my single most successful piece of work is this animated gif:

I shit you not. I used adobe ImageReady, back in 2001 to make a “spur of the moment” smiley (or emoticon) for the now defunct were-here forums. Since then I’ve seen it adopted by a ton of forums, sites and blogs… Bastardized in different sizes, colors, with additions (hair, bracelets whatever)… Just do a couple image searches:

It’s always a pleasure to bump into it.
A non-tech friend of mine from Lebanon once contacted me over MSN, and his avatar was… buttrock, said he got it from his little cousin.
I’ve seen a website promote it printed on a t-shirt. (I’ll try to find the link).
